The purpose of this study was to offer an integrated approach to comprehending India-Pakistan dynamics after Pahalgam incident by examining the theoretical and empirical evidence on the causal relationship among Pahalgam incident framing via media, Indian nationalistic mobilization, and Pakistan’s reaction and Indo-Pak dynamics. A research model was developed, establishing three hypotheses. The mediation analysis examined the role of Indian nationalistic mobilization as a mediator. Data was collected from N=373 participants, results indicated Indian nationalistic mobilization mediates the relationship between Pahalgam incident framing via media and Pakistan’s reaction and Indo-Pak dynamics. This research offers theoretical and practical implications to reduce the misinformation disseminated via media after any incident or terrorist attack in India and solve the Kashmir conflict through peaceful and diplomatic ways to ease tensions between the two countries.
